2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully rendered
  • Gift cards or promotional credits
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers (subject to seller's refund policy)

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds. This typically occurs when only a portion of the service has been used or when there are specific circumstances that warrant a partial refund.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
