Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Items without original packaging or tags

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@zyngram.net with your order number
  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the RA number and return form in the package
  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You may be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

9. Third-Party Sellers

Items purchased from third-party sellers on our marketplace may have different return policies. Please check the seller's return policy before making a purchase, or contact the seller directly for return instructions.
